Eligibility Conditions:

The conditions of eligibility of a candidate shall be determined with reference to the re levant recruitment rules notified vide SRO – 359 dated 01.12.1988 and SRO -119 dated:06.03.1987 respectively and shall further be subject to the fulfilment of the following parameters:-

that the candidate is permanent resident of J&K State; and
he holds a Bachelor's Degree in Veterinaiy Sciences & Animal Husbandry from a recognized University or institute.

Note;

A candidate will be eligible to get the benefit of reservation under a particular reserved category indicated by him in his/her application form. If a candidate indicates in his/her application form that he/she belongs to General category but subsequently writes to the Commission to change his/her category to a reserved one, such request shall not be entertained by the Commission. Similar principle will be followed for physically challenged categories also.

Age as on 1 January 2019:
Minimum	= 18 Years
Maximum/ln-service	= 40 Years
Physically Challenged candidates	= 42 Years
Candidates belonging to RBA/SC/ST/ALC/SLC categories	= 43 Years
Ex-serviceman	= 48 Years

Note: Over-aged candidates having exceptional qualification relevant to the concerned subject

may also apply at their own risk and responsibility in pursuance of Government Order No. 1500- GAD of 2000 dated: 21.12.2000 without prejudice to the right of the Commission to reject their Application Form.

Examination Fee:

After successful submission of the application form, the candidate will be required to deposit requisite fee through online mode and ensure that the details regarding d eposition of the fee are reflected on the online application form. The amount of fee to be paid is given below:-
