TERMS & CONDITIONS:

The appointment of Dental House Officers shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. The Selection of House Officers in Govt. Dental College, Srinagar shall be in order of preference as given hereunder:

a). Dental Graduates from Govt. Dental College, Srinagar;
b). Dental Graduates other than Govt. Dental College, Srinagar but permanent residents of Jammu & Kashmir State

2. The candidate, who is interested to apply for more than one specialty shall have to apply for each specialty separately on separate form,
the candidate shall also give the orders of preference specialty-wise.

3. Application form deficit of any of the above certificates will not be entertained.

4. The House Surgeons will be whole timer and will be non-practicing.

5. Du ring their tenure as Dental House Officers, they will be governed by the J&K Govt. Service conduct rules.

6. During tenure as House Surgeons, they shall not be entitled to any kind of leave except casual leave for fifteen days only. The casual leaves shall not be availed by the Doctors proportionately due during the month. The House Officers availing excess leave during the period of House Job shall have to repeat the same in his/her own interest without any stipend only on compassionate grounds if authorities are satisfied and after obtaining prior permission from the Principal/Dean, Govt. Dental College, Srinagar.

7. The House Surgeon selected will be allowed to avail casual leave only after they earn such leave during the period of House Job.

8. The House Surgeons will receive a consolidated stipend as prescribed under rules for a period of one year only as sanctioned by the Government.

9. The services of the House Officers shall b e terminated by the Principal/Dean, Govt. Dental College, Srinagar, without prior notice as and when their work and conduct is reported to be' unsatisfactory by the Head of the Department or any officer with whom they are working.
The House surgeon, shall not be allowed to take part directly or indirectly in any strikes on any pretext, in such event any house surgeon if found involved in such practice, his/her house job shall be deemed to have been cancelled with immediate effect without any further notice.

10. The stipend for one month will be kept withheld and will be paid only after successful completion of full tenure of House Job.

11. Doctors who have already done house job are not required to apply.

12. No TA or DA shall be paid to the candidates appearing for the written Examination.

13. The candidates have to furnish an affidavit duly attested by the 1st Class Magistrate that he/she has not done House Job in any Institution (in any special ty) and shall not involve himself/herself in any strike alongwith application form.

14. The House Officers selected in various departments will be put on Emergency duties in the Hospital on rotational basis as per the monthly roaster issued by Head of Department Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, Govt. Dental College & Hospital, Srinagar. Strict action under rules will be taken against those who do not attend the duties as per roaster.

15. No experience certificate shall be issued if the candidate does not complete his/her tenure.

District Health Society, Reasi is going to establish Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Kendra (PMBJAK) at
District Hospital Reasi with the objective to make available quality generic medicines at affordable prices to all,
particularly the poor and disadvantaged, through exclusive outlets "Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Jan Aushadhi
Kendra's", so as to reduce pocket expenses in healthcare. In this regard, District Health Society Reasi intends
to hire Registered Pharmacists from District Reasi to work on profit share basis at Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Kendra (PMBJAK) to be established at DistrictHospital Reasi.

The walk-in-interviews is scheduled to be held on 02.09.2019 at 10 AM in the Office of Chief Medical Officer, District Administrative complex, DC Office, Reasi. Eligibility criteria & terms/conditions are as under:-

E ligible Criteria for an Applicant:

1. Applicant should be permanent resident of DistrictReasi and preferably residing in the Medical Block Reasi.
2. Maximum age limit is 40 years (Candidates more in age shall be preferred over younger candidates.)
3. The candidate shall be a Pharmacist, registered with J & K Pharmacy Council. Preference shall be given to
the candidates having Diploma in Pharmacy or higher related qualification from recognized institute.
4. He / She shall have working knowledge of operating computer for billing purpose.
5. He/she shall be unemployed for which he/she has to give an undertaking to this effect on stamp paper duly
attested by 1st Class Judicial Magistrate.

Terms & Conditions:

1. PMBJAK shall be run on 24×7 basis under the supervision of Medical Superintendent District Hospital Reasi.

2. Engagement of Pharmacist in PMBJAK is a temporary arrangement for three years on performance basis and shall not confirm any right for his /her permanent absorption/ regularization in the department and can be terminated any time without notice.

3. There is no fixed salary & the working is purely on profit basis.

4. Out of total 20% margin on MRP of each drug as per guidelines ,registered pharmacists shall be provided 15 % (each Pharmacist =7.5%) of margin on MRP of each drug and rest of 5% of the margin shall go to Hospital Development Fund of District Hospital Reasi.

5. Only medicines supplied by BPPI should be sold at PMBJAK.

6. All the billing should be done by using software provided by BPPI.

7. The Selected Pharmacists shall execute an agreement with the department through Medical Superintendent, DH Reasi attested by 1st Class Magistrate, that he/she will abide by all the terms and conditions as laid by the department and shall work under the supervision Medical Superintendent, DH Reasi and shall not claim a ny regular appointment/regularization in the department in lieu of this agreement.

8. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

(v) The candidate must have knowledge of Computer, including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/ processes such as Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw etc.

(vi) The candidate must have absolute integrity, honesty and good moral character, for which he/she will submit certificate of two responsible persons at the time of interview.

Period of Assignment and De-assignment of Research Assistant;-

(i) The engagement will be purely on contractual basis initially for a period of one year from the date of taking up the assignment, which can be extended on year to year basis for a further period of not exceeding three years, subject to satisfactory performance and good conduct, on the recommendation of Hon’ble the Chief Justice / Judge concerned / the Committee of Judges or the Registrar Judicial of the Wing concerned on the basis of need.

(ii) However, the assignment of Research Assistant can be discontinued even before the completion of one year, if his/her services are found to be unsatisfactory.

(iii) On engagement the candidate must take up the assignment of Research Assistant within the period specified in his/her order of engagement. No request for extension of time for joining the assignment will be entertained .

(iv) Research Assistant shall not be treated or deemed to be a regular employee in the Services of the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir.

(v) Any Research Assistant intending to leave the assignment within a period of one year or extended period shall be required to give prior notice of one month with prior intimation to the Hon’ble Judge to whom attached.

Selection Process: The selection of Research Assistant shall be made in accordance with the selection process laid down in the guidelines as notified in the High Court Notification No. 578 dated 30.08.2016, as amended from time to time, vide Notification No. 1835/GS dated 14-03-2018, Notification No. 896 dated 20-10-2018 and Notification No. 44 dated 07-06-2019 which are available on the High Court website (‘www.ikhiqhcourt.nic.in). The candidates are advised to go through these Notifications before applying for the said assignment.

The candidate shall be bound by the conditions / guidelines as prescribed in the above said Notification, in respect of responsibilities, duties and other conditions attached to the said assignment.

The Research Assistant shall not be entitled to any allowance(s) or perk(s) other than the honorarium.

3. Out of total 20% margin on MRP of each drug as per guidelines .registered pharmacists shall be provided 15 % (each Pharmacist =7.5%) of margin on MRP of each drug and rest of 5% of the margin shall go to Hospital Development Fund of District Hospital Samba.

4. Only medicines supplied by BPPI should be sold at PMBJAK.

5. All the billing should be done by using software provided by BPPI.

6. The Selected Pharmacists shall execute an agreement with the department through Medical Superintendent, DH Samba attested by /" Class Magistrate, that he/she will abide by all the terms and conditions as laid by the department and shall work under the supervision Medical Superintendent, DH Samba and shall not claim any regular appointment/regularization In the department in lieu of this agreement.

7. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

If Govt. accommodation is provided, an amount equivalent to House Rent Allowance payable to a fresh entrant to Group ‘A’ Jr. Scale and License fee of Railway accommodation so provided shall be deducted from the monthly remuneration payable to the CMP

Age limit- Candidates should not have completed more than 50 years of age as on —18.07.2019

However age relaxation of 5 yrs in case of SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC Candidates is admissible.
