Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/-
Qualifications: Master's degree in Physics/Electronics/Material Science or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks. CSIR/UGC-NET or any other equivalent examination qualified candidate is desirable. In case of non-availability of NET q ualified candidate, non-NET candidate will be appointed. However, the candidate without NET will be appointed as Project fellow with emoluments as Rs. 16,000/-
Age Limit: The upper age limit shall be 28 years. The upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in the case of candidates belonging to scheduled castes/tribes, women, physically handicapped and OBC applicants.
Duration: One and half years. Based on performance in the first year, the appointment could be extended till the end of project. The appointment of JRF will be purely temporary, time bond, non regular; the candidate has no legal right to claim his/ her regularisation/appointment.
Interview: Eligible candidates will be informed about the date of interview. All applicants are required to bring their original documents on the date of interview. Candidates whose result of qualifying examination has not been declared so for can also appl y. However, they have to produce the result at the time of interview. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.
